Swift Creek
Project partners worked with two stream-adjacent landowners to restore stream function, bank stability, floodplain connectivity and riparian vegetation to lower Swift Creek while also preventing the loss of valuable spawning habitat for cutthroat and brown trout important to the Salt River fishery.
Tincup Creek
Multiple years of restoration in the Tincup Creek Stream Restoration project worked to improve riparian conditions and habitat for Yellowstone cutthroat trout, northern leatherside chub, boreal toad, western pearl shell mussels and bluehead suckers.
Fish Ladders
Trout Unlimited installed fish ladders on diversions on the Salt River and Crow Creek to improve upstream migration for spawning.
